Never received the referral for my extraction and the samples normal given to me had never been... Never received the referral for my extraction and the samples normal given to me had never been presented to me and just left in exam room 2. Almost forgot to get my retainer as it was left on the dental tray. Still feels like I am hitting a little prematurely where the filling was replaced. Retainer seems a bit tight in that area as well.

Review the only thing missing were thw dancing girls and wine and cheese and crackers but....then my wife would have me looking foe another dentist,sigh!
