I got to my appiointment 10 min early, in case I had to update papers etc.. I got to my appiointment 10 min early, in case I had to update papers etc...I was informed when I got there that my appointment was at 10:40...not 10am. the truth of thematter was my appt time was indeed 10am. both my reminder card, and confirmationemail and text said 10am. I was very upset I had to reschedule other appointments and picking kids up from school and taking other kids to school because of this. I would have appreciated a telephone call ... read more
