I have never been a difficult patient (at least... I have never been a difficult patient (at least as I recall) :-) Unfortunately, when I visited your office this week, I forgot I had a procedure and questioned you, thinking I was right and you were wrong. You were kind, polite, and patient with me, even as you showed me that I was wrong. That demonstrates professionalism "above and beyond." Thank you for your kind understanding.

As usual, my visit to Pocono Pines Dental was a g... As usual, my visit to Pocono Pines Dental was a great experience. Everyone was smiling and friendly, my hygienist Jen was amazing as always, and its always nice to see Dr. Mann. An added bonus this visit was the choice of music playing, I loved it!
