You were kind, polite, and patient with me, even as you showed me that I was wrong. That demonstrates professionalism "above and beyond." Thank you for your kind understanding.

Everyone was smiling and friendly, my hygienist Jen was amazing as always, and its always nice to see Dr. Mann. An added bonus this visit was the choice of music playing, I loved it!
