Although today was one of the hardest days my family had to go through, the entire staff at pocono peak was FLAWLESS. We had to put down our 16 year old baby girl and every step was genuine care. Not only did they make our Chloe comfortable they shared stories, made us laugh, cry and smile, were extremely patient and oh so loving to our sweet girl. they were very caring and sympathic when i had to put my fur baby down.. i really want to thank them for that and the sympathy card with all their thoughts and comfort
I was really upset and thinking something was really wrong with my kitty. The staff was understanding, very caring, and very gentle with my cat. they took care of everything that was wrong with her and did the complete blood work that I requested to make sure there wasn't any underlying illnesses. I will definitely go back to this veterinarian. they were great with my Georgie
My kitty Charlie John had some minor surgery on Friday. Dr. Jodi just called me on a Sunday to check in to see how he was doing. How lucky and blessed we are to have such a caring veterinarian office in our area. The staff are always terrific every time I call and go in. ❤️ All the doctors are so caring and patient with our fur babies. Couldn’t ask for a more caring and loving staff and office. Thank you for all that you have done for our family. ❤️
what an exceptional experience, they took a lot of time easing Lilly's fears, got her comfortable enough she even layed down!!! so glad we made the switch, bravo to the entire staff...thanx again!!!!
It has been a difficult day as reality sets in my Bruno is gone...this little boy was my shadow, my baby, my everything....he stole my heart the first time I laid eyes on him...at the end he could barely stand without falling over and we knew it was time & this was not about us it was about him...though I thought I couldn’t do it, Jimmy and I stayed with him til the very end...I kept telling him over and over how much I loved him until he took his last breath...
