It hurts to say I will not be returning to this establishment. I brought my 5 month old Italian Greyhound, Cannoli, to Pocono Peak and now I am furious and disappointed with the service I received. She was seen by another vet prior to visiting Pocono Peak that did her vaccines and I sent the records through Pet Desk their so called "convenient" app to make appts. RecommendedCathy and Dr Sammie and the entire staff helped put me at ease when I thought my cat was very sick. Also they did great job handling her because she is not nice!!
Very pleased with the care my brand new puppy rcv'd today. Nowhere else would fit him in on short notice and he was obviously ill, but Pocono Peak did squeeze him in as a new patient. We were seen by Dr. Nikki and both she and the tech were very patient with us. It's nice to leave a Drs. office feeling confident your "baby" is in good care.
They provide great care to both my Great Dane and my Chihuahua. Both of my dogs love everyone there and they are never afraid to go in! If anything they don’t want to leave 😂. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the care of my dogs.
They are absolutely patient and understanding and true animal lovers, i was so surprised bc i normally use an emergency 24 hour vet in the area out of convenience but with that vet im always placed on hold i never get return calls and with covid my experiences there have been awful (i understand to a point but it was really annoying) but pocono peak didn't answer the phone saying "please hold" they were still extremely busy but still payed attention to what I was saying, they explained they didn't have many appointments but ... read more

We are new to Pocono Peak. Cole, our 6 year old lab needed a visit to update his vaccinations. We were nervous to bring him during these times but the staff was extremely accommodating and professional. We arrived early to our appointment as we were new to the center and they took him very quickly as we remained in our vehicle. Thank you !
We’ve used Pocono Peak for all our dogs and have always been more than impressed with how we were treated, but we are even more impressed now that Pocono Peak was able to help us with a feral cat (whom we affectionately call Stubbs due to his mostly missing tail) who has lived on our property for the last year or so. They were able to treat his injuries from a fight with another animal and give us instructions on how to care for him with limited contact until he can return to living on his own.
