I would give zero stars if I could. I have been playing Paradise Cove for several months and upon reaching level 15, attempted to join a guild. I was not able to, and wrote to pocket gems and asked them to fix the problem. They told me I had been banned. They refused to give a reason. The response I got was: We've reviewed your case, but unfortunately your account will remain banned. The fact of the matter is that your account was in violation of our Terms of Service. I have been playing this game for about 3 years. This game have a lot of bugs and each time an update rolls out there always issue and it takes forever for the company for resolve any of them. But I enjoy playing it. I am not a big spender on game but I spend many hours per day playing this game to make up for not spending. Out of the blue one day it said I got banned. Is there a zero star rating? Pocket Gems is the worst “company” I have ever experienced. PG has continual system problems with the game War Dragons, in the two years I have played. If PG has a problem with their system and you lose any progress/resources, they will not credit your account—claiming it’s a company policy. If you use their system flaw, they will claim you are cheating and ban you from the system. They know how to put the “cus” in customer service...it’s absolute garbage.

When issues occur in our game we have a long-standing policy of issuing apology gifts to our players, as well as restoring material losses that can be verified. As for "using system flaws" we take a strong stance against cheating in our games as we want things to be as fair as possible.

This is one of the most unethical companies you can ever deal with. Almost everything they push out as a product is broken and not in an accidental manner but with malice and a clear intent to deceive their customers. They continually charge for things that do not work and when it is brought to them it is simply ignored.

This is in regards to the PocketGems app War Dragons. I had issues with a sync error message when loading my app. If I joined an attack or defended I could get logged in but until then it would keep saying sync error & re loading. I sent a request for information concerning this but didn't get a response. Then I was notified my account had been banned. Absolutely garbage company. Been playing their game (War Dragons) for almost a year now. The game has always been very buggy, and isn't getting any better. They clearly spend very little time and effort addressing bugs. In-game events are often very obvious money grabs, with consistent crafty little ways to thwart those who plan ahead and reward those who pay. It is apparent that Pocket Gems makes a great game to play... initially. This seems to be the consenus of many of these comments. However the one other thing that also appears consistent is the lack of customer service and the low programming ability of their staff, given all the glitches and errors experienced. I have been playing one of their games War Dragons since the start of the game. I've enjoyed the game for the most part, but recently, the connection issues and sync errors in the game caused me to lose so many resources that I had to ask for them back. When communicating with Pocket Gems, the team is not very capable in resolving issues that causes the players to lose progress in the game. I have been playing Campus Life by Pocket Gems for a few years now and there is always a glitch or a malfunction my inapp purchases disappear, and there is no compensation. I have spent a lot of money over the years playing this game and honestly I'm hooked but i hate that I feel cheated all the time. Everything in the game is super expensive but you have to buy these things if you want to win. But these things are not gurantees1.
