A group of us r experiencing the same situation in WarDragons. While targeting a team the support team is suspending our accounts without a reason. They make up some excuse to put u thru a verification process to prove u r the owner of ur account. The questions it self are very easy but PG still holds the suspension and cuts communication for a whole month. Got banned for no reason. Asked them why and was not given a reason. I did nothing wrong. I've been playing this game since 2017 and suddenly this happens. Disgusting move to do to a customer.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANY OF THEIR GAMES! They are quite willing to take your money when you make an in app purchase but their customer service is absolutely awful! If they even respond to your complaint/issue, they are no help. More often than not, they don’t even bother to respond. I had a lot of glitches in my game and they would not respond or try to fix t. I lost money when I would make a purchase and the purchase did not download. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and do not download their games.

pocket gems is corrupt. their employees play and pretty much control everything on the game. not to mention the game itself is plagued with glitches , total system crashes etc. all in all the employees at pocket gems are not very good people. if u are successful on the game they will find a way , excuse, or just bald face make up a lie to get u out of the way of there own employees players. this is not a joke , these people sre not good folls like they say.

DRAGONSLAYER/DEMONSLAYER Spent $30,000.00... Worst customer service. Software company that has bugs but doesn’t compensate if bugs impact game , even when in game purchases are used. Only interest is for long time player of over 2 years. New players are given generic ticket responses and then tickets are closed in hopes customers will forget. Depending on how long they can scam customers will determine how long they stay in business.

ZERO STARS! I have been trying to login into my account that I had a few months ago and spent close to $50 in the WarDragon game and they say they don't have record. So they have taken my personal info and my account info and are now lying about not having my account. I have over 20 emails trying to get this straighten out and they have done nothing, I have tried to get someone to call me and help me but they refuse. After years of playing time and investment the company arbitarily banned my account and provided no reason or evidence. On a whim War dragons can permanently ban players without recourse - they hide behond the “terms of agreement” and say you hacked iPhone appstore. Who can do that? Not a grandfather wantong to play with the kids on a team. No amount of contact with Pocket gems changed the initial error. No apology No reinstatement.
