I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Sally the secretary was as rude and nasty as she could be. It was very frustrating. I never even got an appointment.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I haven't seen any coupons or disc... read more

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here Does this provider treat every client equally?
