4 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality The amount of time it took for the repairs was longer than I expected but the car looked good once we got it back. 4 Star : Customer Service I had to make three phones calls for the status of the car after the body shop had the car for two weeks. I assumed the body shop would have given me a call if they found additional damages.
