The smoothest experience ever! Everyone is very welcomed and I sent my Cartier ring for a missing small piece of diamond and I got it back the same day afternoon! Loved the quality, the productivity and efficiency! As well as their customer service!
I was looking to get a family jade ring remade into a new ring that is more modern and my style. Florence and associates were very friendly and were able to answer all the questions I had. They made the process so easy and seamless. I even got to watch the jeweler onsite, setting my jade into the ring. The turnaround time was even faster than anticipated and the price was very reasonable. I'd highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs.
Excellent service and quick turnaround. I had a number of rings to resize and some broken jewellery to fix. The staff did the repairs and also cleaned my jewellery. Everything looks brand new! I did previously get a quote from another store and Po Tsui was significantly cheaper. Highly recommended!
