I was looking to get a family jade ring remade into a new ring that is more modern and my style. Florence and associates were very friendly and were able to answer all the questions I had. They made the process so easy and seamless. I even got to watch the jeweler onsite, setting my jade into the ring. The turnaround time was even faster than anticipated and the price was very reasonable. I'd highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs.
