I was looking to get a family jade ring remade into a new ring that is more modern and my style. Florence and associates were very friendly and were able to answer all the questions I had. They made the process so easy and seamless. I even got to watch the jeweler onsite, setting my jade into the ring. The turnaround time was even faster than anticipated and the price was very reasonable. I'd highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs.
Excellent service and quick turnaround. I had a number of rings to resize and some broken jewellery to fix. The staff did the repairs and also cleaned my jewellery. Everything looks brand new! I did previously get a quote from another store and Po Tsui was significantly cheaper. Highly recommended!

Florence was so accommodating to the entire process of my ring. The process was very smooth and seamless and gave such valuable feedback and recommendations. I respect her opinion as she has such knowledge on diamonds. I gave her some specifications and she immediately responded without hesitation and approval. She also accommodated with her dates and mine, and perfectly fit into my schedule. She was an amazing help and great communication too! I would highly advise working with her and her team!
