So sad, they rejected a valid claim... When I called to inquire about the rejection, they claimed that they never received "anything" from my Healthcare Provider. After insisting the Molina employee called my Healthcare Provider to inquire while I was on hold, we then determined that there was a rejection of claim after all, and she was filing a grievance in my behalf with a follow up phone call to me the next day.
