This is one of my favorite places to eat, and definitely the best Cajun I’ve had in Huntsville/Decatur/Shoals area. May be best gumbo I have ever had.

RecommendedOne of our favorite go-to restaurants in Huntsville, AL. Always good seafood and their seafood gumbo can’t be beat! Also they have the best cocktail sauce...I even eat with their fries instead of ketchup!
I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner at Po-Boy Factory. The blackened gator was delicious and should have ordered two. Portions were small but good. The decor was like being in New Orleans. If in Huntsville I definitely recommend dining there.

Been there many times ...always awesome. Fresh and good as the beach. Get there just before they open...they fill up fast. .
