My dryer had started being a problem child so I figured it was time to schedule a vent cleaning. Filled out the contact form via website and Ed, the owner, called me same day to schedule an appt. The technician was kind and walked me through everything he was doing and why. After my appt my dryer stopped drying altogether and I called Ed to inquire as to why.
