After their cleaning session, I noticed a deep scratch on my hardwood floor and a broken lamp in the living room. I reported it immediately and was told they’d “look into it.” Two weeks later, I’m still waiting for a resolution. No accountability whatsoever.

Professional, tidy, and fast. We just moved in to a new house which needed a deep vent cleaning according to the inspection. They took care of it, great care was taken moving throughout our home, and helpful summary was given at the end of service. Would recommend.
