Always feel comfortable and well cared for every appt. office is appropriately busy and I don’t feel like a number. My hygienist is always on time and so are the super friendly and very very nice dentists.
I followed my long-time hygienist, Lisa from another dental office to your office and yesterday was my first visit to the new place. I can see why she chose Oakmont Family Dental as her new work place. I immediately was welcomed by the front reception staff and was impressed by how the office was buzzing with steady activity but didn’t feel busy or rushed. I was referred by a friend to Oakmont Dental. Haven’t been to a dentist in about 5 years. Ever place I’ve ever been has felt like waiting in a urgent care room. As soon as I walked through the front door I was greeted by multiple friendly smiles asking how they could help me. No clutter of old magazines in the waiting room. Music was the perfect loudness and they offered me coffee or water upon my arrival too. Caitlin did a great job, (as always). The office is always well organized, staff is always very friendly. Dr. Jeb smiling all the time and they all take interest in their patients. (which I found more relaxing then our previous dentist near my home.) We recommend Oakmont Family Dental. Plus two of the Dentist are Veterans as my wife and I both were in the US Army. So that's a plus for me!
