Several months ago, I wanted to find a plumber to install a hydrotap at home. Paul's quote was the cheapest. He also gave me valuable opinion on which brand name to buy. As the supplier offered free installation service, Paul didn't get the job. Even though this, he was nice and professional in reply. Recently, we had reached out to Paul to assist us with kitchen gas and plumbing service. Paul demonstrated top quality work, professionalism and exceeded our expectations. Great human being to deal with and definitely will approach him for other plumbing related jobs in the future.
Follow Up Review: I'm updating my review after finding I had actually been contacted by Paul via email (in junk mail) and discovering that I made a critical error on my enquiry form; I'd mistyped my contact number. After sorting these issues out on my end, my experience with Paul has been excellent is all aspects! He completed a number of jobs for me today and his attention to detail was fantastic. Had some work done by Paul last year and have been meaning to leave a review for ages. Paul was fantastic, you can tell he was trained up as a father-son team, he knew what he was doing, was happy to do a whole range of general plumbing jobs. Nothing was a problem, he responded fast, came when he said he would, friendly, explained everything, did a great job and worked to the price he stated. Paul from PNC Plumbing Group was great to deal and he was a good operator too! Friendly, professional and reliable, he showed up when he said he would and his rates were reasonable (cheapest quote out of the three I got too!). Our washing machine and laundry taps were leaking and Paul changed them over with no fuss to brand new taps that look great and work a treat!
