If I could give a 0, I would. They bought my mortgage 3 months ago, and their representatives are completely incompetent. They have messed up my mortgage payment every month for the last 3 months since they bought it. Apparently, they just do what they want. They decided to change my payment options without my knowledge and consent.
Not knowledgeable about mortgages what so ever.
