Provided poor advice that cost us thousands at closing. Avoid.
PNC Purchase our loan from our original mortgage company. We were never contacted by e-mail, calls, or letters of this transfer. When they purchased the loan, they canceled our auto-payment, charging us a late fee, and dinging our credit. Daily calls are only answered by script-reading people who mad the phone banks. I insist on talking to a supervisor, which end up at voice mail, never talking to a person or receiving a call back. STAY AWAY.
