Eversince my mortgage loan was sold to PNC i had nothing but problem. I pay my 3 months mortgage in advance and it was no problem with my old bank but PNC deduct another payment from my account. It has happend more than once and I have a letter from them confirming I stopped the autopay so they don't take an additional payment but to no avail. I am frusterated beyond measure but unfortunately I can't do anything but pray that another bank buys it soon.
