This is the second time I’ve tried to make a deposit at this location with no success. There is only one teller to handle the inside and the drive through. No manager or other employees asked if I needed help.

BBVA is a horrible bank. I have had numerous issues over the years but I will just write about the latest one. My debit card was set to expire in July so I had been checking for a new card in the mail like always. I called and they said that they had a little delay but I would have it by August 2nd. Aug 2nd came and went so I called again and they said I would have it by the 5th and that didn’t happen. I went to the local branch to get it resolved and still one hasn’t shown up.
