My last straw was their automated service only forwarding you to a person if you say you’re going into the store for a resolution. My money is being held hostage without any usable cards so I have to transfer it

Don’t even think about open a bank account here the told me they are going to hold my deposit check for 8 days for no reason and then they say they’re is nothing they can do about it they basically stealing my money don’t trust this bank
