Went in to get help for our HELOC, the account is currently screwed up beyond belief. They were completely no help at all. Think twice before using their services.
I always have a good experience at this bank. They seem to know me by name and it feels like a small home town bank. Sevice is always excellent.
The lady that opened my account was nice, but forgot to order me a debit card even after saying “your card will be mailed to you in 3-5 business days.” Just found out a week and a half later that no card was ever ordered by her.
