I tried calling for help with a triple charge I received on my account, the person who answered was not only very short with me, but incredibly unhelpful. She told me to figure it out with the retail store because there’s not much they can do (first I’ve ever heard this from any bank) and also said if they WERE able to dispute the charges, it would take up to 60 days for the refund. Ross was more helpful and kind in trying to help me figure this out. You guys suck, I miss firstbank.
Had to go to two different locations, both with lines out the door. Noticed at each location including this one that there’s like five employees doing nothing. I miss first bank
