The bankers are just very short and dismissive. A little arrogant and rude when they speak to you. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Fair was very unpleasant. As well as Josh.
They were friendly, fast, and efficient.
I was really disappointed in the level of service I received from the branch manager in Mira Mesa- Gemma. I had an appointment booked in my name and she first told me she had no record of my appointment. I then showed her my printed appointment id made online. Gemma was not a good communicator or very helpful when I had questions about my Estate.
