We are banking with PNC for 20 years and had been very happy with them in the past. But that has dramatically changed over the last 12 months. Customer service is very unreliable. When we call and leave a message to be called back; nobody calls you back. We have an investment account with PNC Investments, same story and the statements are not very transparent. Overall the recent experience with PNC is not pleasant and we are seriously considering, changing the bank.

I have had PNC BANK many years no problems, they used to be a good bank but now a nightmare bank.They are liars, cheat, and steal money from customers.I will be ending my relationship with this terrible bank once I've disputed my transactions.This bank needs to be sued.

Horrible customer services! I’ve never left a bad review this is my first time ever doing so to warn people of the horrible experience I’ve endure. My account was hacked without me giving any information out to anyone. I received an email notification stating that the password on my app had been changed then another email saying that a new phone number from Florida was added then another email with Zelle transaction made with all my balance in my account. This bank is horrible poor customer services . Another company stole money from my me and PNC told me I should review my account daily . I am mom of 7 and I work full time . I just joined this bank and I had several problems from dirty locations to no deposit forms . plus she attempted to call me by my fist name ….. I’m going back to my credit union
PNc has numerous subsidiaries It is deceptive since No mailing campaign or otherwise to inform. .Please advise if all PNC or exception applies? The pnc customer service line and the listed services for this branch include 'instantly receive a lost debit card'. When I walk into the branch there are two managers just standing in the lobby staring into the distance. Another employee they identified as the intern was near asleep in one of the offices. When I ask them for the 'instant' debit card replacement they said I needed an appointment. I have two issues with PNC Bank:1. Their mobile app has been unusable for months. It accepts my user name and password but it just loads right back the the login page like nothing happened. I have a flagship phone that is less than a year old and the app is updated to the most recent version.2. PNC Bank has been double debiting my checking account for, at least, the past eight months. My credit score indicates that I am very financially responsible, but PNC has a very infuriating way of gaslighting customers when strange accounting anomalies are noticed.
