This bank lost a customer after 6 years. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Hassled me over a fraudulent charge of 22.99 then proceeded to hang up on me. No i didnt get my money back. Then you believe in bullshit virtual banks with no REAL TELLERS inside but you pay people to point you to the ATM and hang out USELESS WASTE OF MONEY!!

Long time PNC customer to PNC Bank in Franklin. Fustrated first couple visits there was misinformed by a young man from Antioch location covering in Franklin. Second visit auto teller down couldn't get a straight answer from employee who couldn't be bothered. Third trip young man AJ Harris was very helpful only one sitting there who was not looking at their phone, greeted me and assisted me in depositing a check to my daughter's account who lives out of the country.
