I'd give zero if possible, NOT MY BANK and would never recommend or consider. I went to try to deposit money in my sons account. Parking is awful, the "virtual" tell set up is just a joke, then I'm told they DON'T ACCEPT CASH as a deposit. How do you even consider yourself a bank. Tennessee was fine without PNC so go back where you came from
This bank lost a customer after 6 years. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Hassled me over a fraudulent charge of 22.99 then proceeded to hang up on me. No i didnt get my money back. Then you believe in bullshit virtual banks with no REAL TELLERS inside but you pay people to point you to the ATM and hang out USELESS WASTE OF MONEY!!
Such a wonderful experience! The two ladies I dealt with inside the Branch were so friendly and helpful and the online banker was friendly and helpful as well! Thank you again PNC! Thank you for waving the fee! After having such a wonderful experience, I am seriously considering Moving my personal and business banking to PNC! Regions SUCKS!
