I have been a member of *********** since July of 2020. Since October of 2020 I haven't been able to get any money out of any ATM or send any money to a bank I had linked to them. I deleted the bank and have been trying to link another one but *********** won't link the bank. One was **** Bank and the one I tried to link was ************ I have been requesting to link my bank for months but they just won't. I have $5,192.00 in there and I would like to get my money refunded to me. or are they just trying to keep it?

This bank is a predatory banking establishment that is biased against people of color. I live and work in Philadelphia and during this pandemic, they have charging overdraft fees to those individuals who are struggling. They are not flexible in their refunds and chose which charges to overdraft (extra 36 dollars for a soda, but your groceries wont go thru...). Do not use this bank they have terrible customer service and in bank representatives do nothing but pass the buck.

I cannot begin to explain my displeasure after having to go through the mortgage closing process with PNC. I highly recommend you find another bank to close on your house with. We were told PNC stands for Probably Not Close by someone who heard of our troubles, which seems accurate. It also shows we aren't the only ones who had problems with them. I went in to a bank in ******* ***** (**** address) on the 28th of Jan. (2021) to get my card since it was eXpiring on 1/21 & the teller that helped notified me that they mailed the new card to (my old address) I went in PERSONALLY last year to update my address so the card should be coming to my address but never got here. I was charged a $5 fee for what she noted as a replacement card BUT she did not tell me I would be charged. I rate this bank a 0- I have been a customer with BBVA for several years and the customer service and and banking standards are below standards. I have experienced hacks while being a customer, and also as a native of ***************** when you call to handle financial issues or finances, The last thing you want to do is talk to someone who barley know English. PNC is Not a good bank. If you can go someone else I recommend that you do so. I have been with them for years but now they have changed drastically. Very unprofessional.

My car broke down, and I tried purchasing a vehicle with the money from my BBVA bank. I planned on doing a wire transfer because the checks were still on the way in the mail. It was a no go. I had way more money in my account then I was asking for, and they would not do it for me even after verifying it was me after answering all their questions correctly like other banks do. Does not even deserve a 1 star. This is the worst banking establishment I have ever dealt with. The employees are inept. On more than one occasion over the past 4 years in paying a car loan, they have mis-applied payments. Now trying to pay off the car loan early, no one can stop the automatic payments. When transferred to the loan department no one picks up. I am a senior and would like to deal with this matter on-line. This experience is as bad as trying to find a vaccine.

I just found out that I was charged an overdraft fee that literally makes no sense. I woke up on the morning of 1/21/21 to see my bank account had been overdrawn. RAN to the ATM to put money in before work and despised just enough to cover the overdraft amount because my payday was the next day. Had a balance of $1.00 (we are in a pandemic so ya know. funds are tight) wake up on my payday morning to see I was charged an overdraft fee of $36.00....for what?!?!
