PNC has been the worst experience. I applied for HELOC in Aug. I Struggled With my loan processor. I submitted documents for close to nine weeks with a zero progress. A manager and a loan processor did their best to help me, but the underwriters are so behind and so disorganized that it delays the entire process. They followed through and got me a closing date. There should be an option for 0 stars! The *** location at Maple Ave IS THE WORST! First I go through the drive thru- to withdrawal money. I sent in my drivers license and I asked if I could withdraw money from my account. She stated that she needed a second form of identification. The only thing I had on me was my social security card, a debit card from another bank and my birth certificate. Last year, BBVA investigated & confirmed there were fraudulent charges on my card. They corrected my balance AND corrected my payment history to be 100% on time. PNC took over and decided to change my payment history to late even though there is a $0 balance. I have disputed at least twice now and they refuse to correct my payment history. DO NOT USE PNC. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT HISTORY.
I can't even give PNC one star okay! Only did because I have to check one! That is how bad their service is! I smile and laugh now because am done being angry. They lie every time I speak with them and they always say, "I should trust them." I have been with BBVA for 23yrs and not one complain. set up a new office, went with clover as PNC merchant service ripped me off. Clover offered a cash advance, which I took to help with the new office. Payment coming from my main office credit card as PNC owns clover, I found out. I had a separate clover contract that I had to pay setup fees on, and they tapped my main office credit card. They treat the employees terrible and they don't give them the training and information to do their jobs effectively! They neglect the employees by taking away lunch breaks and breaks. If a call runs over into the employees break they don't get to just hand the call off. they have to stay on the call and lose the break or take the break and be punished for taking the break they are supposed to be receiving by law.

THE WORST BANK EVER!!! My account was automatically transferred to this awful bank when they acquired BBVA last month. They OUTSOURCE CUSTOMER SERVICE which means the people who eventually after 30-60 minutes of hold pick you the call, don't have any expertise to help you with tasks as simple as looking up a transaction that should be already accessible in the online account but is not.
