PNC Bank, is an unprofessional bank. I mean FFN Help stole $60 ( Sixty Dollars) out of my checking account with out my prior knowledge. I contacted PNC **************** and left a message. I received a letter from a so called ****** (No Last Name) from ****************, stating that my claim had been denied! I tried calling her directly to get and explanation. She hadn't contacted before or afterwards. So I wrote C.E.O. ********************************, as to this date never received any explanation from himself or PNC Bank!

This is a terrible bank with the worst customer service. We closed accounts in December 2021, and the assistant bank manager, *********************************, of the *******, **, branch took 6 hours of our time to close our accounts. (They are more than happy to open accounts in less time, but they don't like it when you close an account. They ask you all kinds of nosy questions about what you are going to do with the money. Absolutely zero stars, I've banked with PNC for years simply out of convenience, it's my hometown small brick and mortar bank, I have never had an issues, never had a late payment, just paid of a 50K vehicle debt. I decided to move my business account and deposited several thousand dollars into my business checking account, I was encourage to apply for a business credit card, which I'd never used, but encouraged it was an excellent source of protection therefore I applied. This goes to the time when I was a student at ********************************* park and i had the cash wallet account or something to that effect.During the 5 years when I was a customer with **********************, I always kept having problems with their Online banking.Resetting my password and the bureaucracy at the bank was a pain to deal with.I was joining the ** Military after graduation. Pnc is the worst bank I've ever had. Every transaction I tried to make was declined and after that I tried to call just so the representative tells me that he can't find my account. Then gives me the option to answer security question and I didn't recognize any of them. So they tell me to go to a branch and after that they locked me out of my mobile banking app. It's terrible and frustrating. I do have money in my account. This is terrible

I wanted to share an issue that Im having with PNC Bank. I live in ** and they closed our bank down back in November so now there is no atm anywhere that you can made a deposit at. Im seriously looking for a new back to switch to because this issue is ridiculous.

Pnc ATM ate my card 2 months ago and I was told that they couldnt access the machine to get it out. Today, ATM at same location ate several hundred dollars as I was attempting to deposit it. Employees were not helpful, state Tgey can only file a didpute, which can take weeks to resolve. Terrible customer service.

THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM COMPASS BANK (THEY HAVE BEEN THE BEST BANK EVER) TO PNC IS THE BIGGEST JOKE EVER!THEY ARE THREATENING ME NOW THAT IF I DO NOT TURN ON MY CREDIT CARDS WITH THEM THEY WILL CANCEL THEM...I NEVER GOT ANY CREDIT CARDS ON MY TWO ACCOUNTS FROM THEM. THEY ARE ALL A BUNCH OF LIARS AND NO ONE VIA PHONE KNOWS ****.PLEASE GET THIS PNC BANK AND SHUT IT DOWN.
