I had been a happy customer of Simple for almost 5 years. Unfortunately, as a new BBVA customer, I am appalled by BBVA's lack of transparency, sense of responsibility, and inability to even attempt to effectively communicate with their customers through this transition. Despite numerous hours spent on hold, countless calls spent being hung up on by representatives, and the use of multiple avenues for communication with the bank, I am still unable to access my account more than a week after the initial transition. To whom it may concern. This bank is a joke. They have sent me a letter every month to apply for its Clearpoints credit card with 18 month 0% interest which I was ignoring. Today I decided to apply and the invitation code was invalid. I want to make clear that was not expired according to the letter. I called costumer services and I provided all my personal information but they said it was not any invitation code under my address and information. Lack of customer service is reason why I continue to bank elsewhere. I came to the ******/Cherry Creek BBVA branch when I was told they would have the uncirculated bills I'd requested days earlier. I am another Simple user who is getting transitioned to ****. I have been without access to my bank account for 10 days now. The first couple days I tried logging into **** and I got the technical difficulties message. I decided to wait and let things settle down. On April 9th I contacted my bank PNC bank in regards to a merchant New tree that I placed an order with after attempting to make adjustments to the order and being told that they would not be able to. I asked the merchant to cancel the order and I advised that I would be contacting my bank to ask them to not release the funds, in the process of me doing this I was told by my bank that I would have to allow the pending to go through and than I would have to file a dispute, it took approximately 5 business days for the bank to... read more

I went into this branch hoping to get some information on the letter i received . The branch manager ***** ******* made my experience awful. He made fun of me being deaf and He told me I was frustrating him and kicked me out . I advise anyone with disabilitys to not come to this location . They will treat you poorly .

BBVA's Simple migration, which took place on May 8, 2021 has been an absolute nightmare for thousands of users. We were told for months that the transition would be smooth and in May 8th we'd use an online tool to convert our accounts from Simple to BBVA without issue or interruption to our online banking. Their system completely failed, as is evident by the ******* threads directed as @BBVA_USA. Shocking this bank leaves its customer stranded. :( Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unable to log in online and unable to talk to someone on the phone. The website directs me to call their customer service number, when I call, a generic message tells me they are having technical problems and hangs up. This has been going on for days! Truly unbelievable! BBVA should be ashamed. What kind of company has ZERO concern for their customers?
The transition from Simple to BBVA is a dumpster fire. If in 2021 they can't figure out how to let users have access to their own accounts, I'd recommend everyone getting there money as soon as they can out of these incompetent people's hands.
