Este banco no sirve la verdad estoy muy molesta con ellos mi punto final no sirve en un futuro no creo que se vea más pnc ya que han cerrado varias locaciones cerca de aquí mejor les recomiendo que busquen otro banco
The worst customer service ever if you call and ask questions about your account no one can ever help you.. they are very rude I will be switching banks really soon
I stood in line for a hour. There were only 2 tellers on a Friday non of the bankers that didn’t have ANY customers even thought of being a team player and helping out. The security guard should apply for a job she was more helpful than the employees. I will NEVER visit this location again. I wish I could give this branch a 0 it definitely deserves it.
I’ve never seen a worse bank. Slow on a good day. On two occasions this bank has “run out of money”! Currently I’m going on. 23 minutes in the drive-thru. And there was only ONE car in front of me when I got here. Seriously this is maybe the worse bank on the planet. Avoid at all costs.
