Just tried to get money out of the ATM at this location,you could hear the money spinning then a message popped up and said this ATM is temporarily out of service. No money dispensed, but it came out of my account. Went inside spoke with manager explained situation no apologies or anything she looked me in my face and said you need to dispute with your bank since the atm is not attached to the building we can’t help you. Love that this bank so many branches. I do not carry much cash when traveling and needed to come inside and get $50 for the cash-only deposit on a hotel room. This is the first bank I've ever seen with a double lock and a metal detector set up directly inside the entrance that actives the door. When I snapped a few photos I was approached by a banker and told I couldn't take photos and so I asked if she would like me to delete it. She said nothing and walked off. I’m so glad that Juana answered the phone when I called. She was so very kind. I’m going through a unique situation, and I was crying hysterically when she answered. Having my bank card disabled during a divorce is so very wrong. Her kindness gave me the courage to come into the bank. That is where Christian the extraordinaire took over.
