Love that this bank so many branches. I do not carry much cash when traveling and needed to come inside and get $50 for the cash-only deposit on a hotel room. This is the first bank I've ever seen with a double lock and a metal detector set up directly inside the entrance that actives the door. When I snapped a few photos I was approached by a banker and told I couldn't take photos and so I asked if she would like me to delete it. She said nothing and walked off. I’m so glad that Juana answered the phone when I called. She was so very kind. I’m going through a unique situation, and I was crying hysterically when she answered. Having my bank card disabled during a divorce is so very wrong. Her kindness gave me the courage to come into the bank. That is where Christian the extraordinaire took over. It’s so difficult to explain to someone that I have been lied to, scammed, been abused by an entire family.
