I had a cash deposit and upon entering I was rudely told they are “cashless” now and I had to use the ATM. I wasn’t comfortable putting as much money as I had into a machine that has been down many times and malfunctioned for me before. I also had questions about a check not depositing via app but no one was available. I plan on switching.
Terrible. Mobile deposit was down so I went in person to deposit a check. No tellers, so another customer was at the only banking kiosk waiting for a virtual teller. She had been there for several minutes waiting, so I was advised to use the drive-up ATM to deposit the check. Outside ATM was out of service. I ended up going to Huntington Bank, where the check was issued from, and they cashed the check for a $10 service fee. Not good.

I have went in 3 times to add Power of Attorney to my mom's account and it wasn't done. No call.
No tellers just ATM machines, so not an actual bank
