Terrible. Mobile deposit was down so I went in person to deposit a check. No tellers, so another customer was at the only banking kiosk waiting for a virtual teller. She had been there for several minutes waiting, so I was advised to use the drive-up ATM to deposit the check. Outside ATM was out of service. I ended up going to Huntington Bank, where the check was issued from, and they cashed the check for a $10 service fee. Not good.

I have went in 3 times to add Power of Attorney to my mom's account and it wasn't done. No call.
No tellers just ATM machines, so not an actual bank
They got rid of the counter, now withdrawals and deposits have to happen at the ATM. Very frustrating when there's a line or you have s question about something.
