This location "ran out of cash" today 06/21/2025. Very disappointed. They offered me another location in Homewood or Hoover. I will be cancelling my account. A bank with no cash lol.
Slowest bank ever. Drive thru took 30 minutes. It was wrapped around the building by the time I left.
Slowest bank in the world. The drive thru had one lane open out of the three. I sat in that line for awhile before deciding that maybe going inside would be faster. That was a wrong assumption as they only had 1 person working the inside and she was covering the drive through as well. I’ve spent twenty minutes and counting just to make a deposit into my mother’s account.
