Worst branch of a bank in existence, rarely open on time, terrible customer relations, argue with a 8 year company and customer account holder like they're nobody, ATM don't work most of the time of if they do they steal your money and you have to wait a month to get reimbursed because they don't believe a computer can make mistakes, tried to draw out $7,000 once and they told me they only had $1000 cash in the vault.... seriously, update 1/10/22 the branch didn't open at 9am waited until 9:15 Friday then went to Trussville ... read more

Once again unable to access money that is mine, due to stupid policies at PNC and this atrocity of a merger. Never once, in decades of bank accounts, across multiple states, have I been unable to cash a check, made out to me, with a photo id issued by the government. No, no, they also need a debit card.... which is EXTRA cute since the reason I don't have one is THEIR failure to issue me one. This is the worst bank I've ever heard of.
