Everyone there acknowledges your presence. Hello, goodbye, Thank you. Very happy I switched to PNC. All questions are answered correctly and they do not rush anyone. If you are fed up with being treated like a number, and not a person; come here. Thank you to every employee at the Boston Ave location in Atlantic City. They deserve bonuses based on the fact no bank has treated me this well. Highly recommend.
Wow I met Norma at the PNC bank in Atlantic City and that woman was an absolute machine. As a business owner for over 22 years She handled Multiple deposits in such a timely and courteous manner what an asset she is to that branch
This branch must have had a management change in the last few months. Drive through is always backed up and nit moving. I've been in line today for 12 minutes with no movement. Disgusting service! That's Atlantic City for you. EDITED: 13 minutes per car, the manager should be fired!
The staff are extremely friendly and the place is always clean. The one (of three) ATM's gives $50's which is great for taking out large amounts of money. This has been my bank for more than 10 years and I'll never switch
