Patient.portal is down. Called so many times. No use of the portal. Blood test results are not downloaded and get error messages when I request any service.Medical assistant doesnt know how to download my test results. Cobtacted IT, still no use. Horrinle. Dr has to call me to.give results

I had an intake appointment last Monday, THEY cancelled, I called and said I'd reschedule next week as I am now out of town. They are ruining my vacation by calling and emailing several times a day. When I told them I'd be in next week. None of the e docs work anyway and they know it. Make me wait for months and then terrorize me with your internal lack of communication.
