Absolutely unacceptable! My husband had a booked appointment for undercoating, left work early, and showed up on time — only to be told they “don’t have time” and he’d have to leave the truck until the next day. No phone call, no courtesy, nothing. This is a total waste of time, money, and energy. Completely unprofessional and shows zero respect for customers. If they can’t even keep an appointment, I would never trust them with something as important as a vehicle. Worst experience ever!
Very unprofessional experience. I had an appointment booked for undercoating, left work early to get there on time, only to be told they “don’t have time” and I’d have to leave my truck until the next day. They didn’t even bother to call me in advance to let me know. Complete waste of my time and gas. If this is how they treat customers, I can only imagine the quality of their work. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone.
Had a broken brake line on my truck camper and they we’re the only shop that had availability quickly. They did the job in less then a day and were so helpful, knowledgeable and kind ! Highly recommend ! Efficient and decent pricez
