I applied for apartment here I make enough when I applied they tell me my credit score is to low when I been working on my credit for a year I talk with someone they tell me they don’t go off credit these people get your money and tell you they want double deposit will never go here again

I moved into my unit on July, 2024. Management was nice enough, but once I paid the deposit & lease was signed, they told me the unit had been treated for pests and anything from that point on would be my responsibility. I thought fair enough. But once I moved my belongings in & wanted to take my kids outside, I realized there were a few wasp nests in the carport. Don’t rent from this company. They have a fee for everything, even if you pay with the money order. Fees are not consistent and are automatically added and if you try to negotiate or if something was done an error or out of miscommunication, you were just out of luck. You will pay for any maintenance. Please consider other options before making your final decision!!!!
