Cody and shellie have been so amazing and easy to work with! Their word has always been good, properties always very clean, and they have been very professional and so nice! Definitely recommend!
I hate this company so much. I’m back to tell you again why you should not rent from this company. I have attached a photo from a previous response that PMI gave to another review. In this photo, you can see how they deflect any sort of responsibility when it comes to an eviction. They stated that it was up to the court in the judge yet they have to file for an eviction and hire an attorney to do so so to sit there and make the accusation that you had nothing to do with the process is absolutely Ludacris you sound ridiculous... read more
Don’t rent from this company. They have a fee for everything, even if you pay with the money order. Fees are not consistent and are automatically added and if you try to negotiate or if something was done an error or out of miscommunication, you were just out of luck. You will pay for any maintenance. Please consider other options before making your final decision!!!! Update: listen I have called the office and your company for the most part. Always took care of any maintenance issues quickly. They were nice and easy to communicate with. Worked with me on move out fees/charges.
No communication on move out, costing my deposit An additional $1,140 charged for repairs and cleaning on top of keeping my deposit. They would not use my deposit for the charges. They simply forfeited it and was used for nothing. Do not rent from this management company!!
