Just look at how they respond to people’s comments! This company is in the business of “scamming” you have been warned. Any conversation you have please record them! Keep all your conversations and documents on hand. You will have to go to court! They do not keep honest ledgers everything is electronic! This PM company is an absolute relief compared to other companies. Great customer service.
Do not rent from this company! They have terrible communication practices and also charge fees without warning or explainition. They will lie to you and there ledger/website is a joke and will charge you for maintenance fees. Avoid this property management company at all cost. They are somewhat professional until there is a discrepancy. I knew the day I got my keys I would not be there longer than a month. After I was told one amount to move in it changed once on property. Avoid this stress!!
Great rental company! Very accommodating and will work with you the best they can in all aspects! Smooth process in renting from them. Been with them a year I'm thankful! Thank you PMI
