Mike & his team managed our property for a year and a half, then he helped us sell it. From the beginning, he anticipated needs and shared them before they were due, he managed the minutia and maintenance that dissuades so many people from trying to invest in rental property, and at the end our house was in as good a shape (maybe better) as it was when we first hired him.
