Lovely, clean room laid out to use its space magnificently. Quite impressive. Grounds in back were well maintained with a nice, covered picnic and grilling area.
Everything was great, very pleased with the accommodation, but I think I left my firestick plugged into the tv if you can help me with that.
Great location within a mile of Ruby Falls. Great discounts on local activities that I would never have thought of. We had a lot of fun! Great communication before, during and after the trip. Very clean, classy room with a fire pit and grill for guest use. No USB ports in room, so you will want to bring a wall charger with you. Ruts in the gravel parking lot from a recent heavy rain. Understandable but hard to drive around/over in our little car.
Make sure you follow this company’s timeline to the letter, otherwise you could arrive and have no room or recourse. After prepaying and booking the room for two nights, I could not connect with anyone by phone to check-in between 8pm-10pm, therefore, I reserved rooms at another property last minute.
