We just stayed in a house managed by PMI and it was GROSS! Cobwebs everywhere, inside and out. A dead cockroach under the dresser and two live ones in kitchen and basement. Dirty silverware and dirty shower and bathroom in basement. The pool had a brown film on it, apparently the pool cleaner is broken so we just got a dirty pool 🤷. The outdoor furniture was filthy, we couldn't even sit on it. The deck was covered in dirt and cobwebs. Awful property management team. Rental under their management was disgusting. When we reached out ( spoke with Melissa ) she admitted that the outdoor furniture needed to be replaced, the pool needed to be cleaned and the decks needed cleaning but did nothing about it during our stay. Is this not what they are paid for?!?! This place is a joke. The longer we were there, the worse it got. We couldn't wait to get out of there, complete waste of money, we tried to stay out of this hell hole as much as possible during our stay.
If the Airbnb we stayed at that was managed by PMI is any representation of their property management abilities I would steer clear! Absolutely horrific! Dirty, unsafe (dock as half way underwater), not to mention that we brought concerns to them daily and they didn't offer to fix any issues.
We have stayed in a PMI Scenic City home twice. We loved the stay so much last year, we booked the same location this year! The PMI team is very communicative. They make the booking, check-in, and check-out process incredibly easy. Anytime we needed their help before, during, or after our stay, the PMI team was quick to respond and resolve whatever we needed. I would definitely recommend the PMI Scenic Properties to anyone searching for a place in the Chattanooga area. We will be back!
