Steve is a kind and thoughtful gentleman who has consistently come to our aid in challenging situations. He has provided a voice of reason, especially during our complex communications with the landlord. The role of a property manager is inherently demanding, yet Steve performs his duties with exceptional care and professionalism.
Our experience working with PMI San Jose was positive and professional. Everything was managed effectively, and it made for a very streamlined, process. PMI San Jose found a very good Tenant and the rental process with smooth from start to finish. Also, the fee was very reasonable. I would recommend their services to others. We would work with this company again in the future, if we have any additional rental needs.
The stars are for the employee who took on all the bad feedback for STEVE, as Steve (the owner of the business) never called me once. Employee deserves a raise for sure, he got two extra stars for the call he made to apologize to me. Steve, is this how you "communicate" with prospective tenants?
Steve has been excellent. Our home was rented out in a few days after posting. He took care of all the processes and kept us informed. He is responsive and reliable all the time. Very happy to have him as our property manager.
