Excellent property management
Very pleasant experience working with the PMI San Jose staff. We attended one of their showings in San Jose. The agent overseeing the showing was professional and answered all of our questions. He explained the expectations for the property and application, then shared the link on how to apply. We appreciated the insight and information.
Unprofessional and unorganized. Had a showing scheduled with Thomas who never showed up. I get a message 2 hours after the appointment saying showings were cancelled. Maybe let people know ahead of time?
Zero management skills. Hope to god you never have to deal with these guys
Steve is a kind and thoughtful gentleman who has consistently come to our aid in challenging situations. He has provided a voice of reason, especially during our complex communications with the landlord. The role of a property manager is inherently demanding, yet Steve performs his duties with exceptional care and professionalism.
