My family and I were tenants of a property managed by PMI River Region. Since we relocated from California, we were not familiar with the company. What a huge mistake this turned out to be. We conducted a walk-thru inspection and made note of the items that needed to be repaired. I was assured that it would be taken care of. After some time passed, I contacted them for a status update and was told I needed to submit the items that needed repair via their website.
