PMI is the best! I use them now for all my applications for any rental property I have. They are extremely thorough vetting the potential tenant and giving back so much information so there is no chance of selecting a bad tenant! The property management division is also extremely efficient and easy to deal with....takes all the hassle out of investment properties!

Tim and the rest of the PMI team are outstanding! They are extremely responsive, personable, and considerate. Every interaction that I had with them was professional and efficient. The property that I rented was in great shape, and any questions/concerns that I had were addressed right away. I recommend PMI over any rental property care organization over any others.
