The worst management company I have ever seen are are HOA have in 9 years I've lived there. Never responds to emails or answers phones. Locks accounts so you can't pay HOA dues and Does what ever they want without regards for laws.

I have been living in a place with HOA for years and have gone through several different companies and this one is by far the worst. They have been irresponsible with personal information and often do not respond to email, yet they can send an email offering office hours if "you wanted to talk with the community manager and just haven't been able to call or email" that don't even correspond to times I would be available.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Upped our HOA $2000 out of no where “due to insurance” and expects that to be paid within two months or a payment plan over 6 months. Who has over $330 just laying around extra a month?? After writing them an email requesting more info, they responded to my first email saying I could ansk a question and are now ignoring my following two emails. Never do business with this company. They scam you out of your money and apparently have no idea what they are doing if they can’t answer a simpl... read more
Why bother paying for an HOA that doesn't fix anything? They charge an arm and leg and do nothing. They ignore requests - I have been waiting since September of 2023 for them to repair cracked concrete steps and sidewalk and they still have done nothing. They are negligent and terrible and paying them what we do for getting nothing in return is robbery.
