This is the worst HOA and property management I have ever had to deal with. If i could give them no stars I would. I can never contact them in a timely fashion. I never get calls back when I leave voicemails. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. If you are looking to utilize them, I would seriously consider looking elsewhere. They are a waste of money and air. I am very displeased with their services.

more concern on giving parking tickets, towing and false accusations on pet fine but neglect the bigger issues like vandalism, theft and trespassing. numerous attempt with emails and phone calls no response or even an attempt planning concerning the bigger issues. we have a gate that don't close anymore to protect these thing from happening but no effort whatsoever. so poorly managed and is not about the safety of the community is about overcharged dues.

Never do business with them if you can help it. Nobody even works here! Call the number you get an unprofessional answer just to be given a different number. Sad excuse for a company.

I am current resident and owner at property "managed" by PMI Pikes Peak. They have neglected to respond to single phone call or email. An owner had a pipe break a few months ago and received zero help from PMI to get things repaired. With the recent snowfall - none of the crews showed to shovel the property. Horrible service, We are looking to move from this property management group immediately

The two five star reviews of this company are obviously fake/shill accounts. PMI pikes peak is a terrible business and property manager. You speak to them on the phone (if they ever do answer), and you get people that try to play dumb, don't understand basic questions and just say they will have someone in the office look into something, which they never do. Multiple emails sent about multiple topics to multiple "property managers" at PMI pikes peak. All unanswered. Your typical "do nothing" property management company.
