Don’t do business with this company! I found a property trough Zillow. I called the office to ask if property was still on the market and the person who answered the phone assured me, that it was still available. He told me to go to there online page to fill out the application. I went online and filled out the application with a $95 application fee. Next day in the morning they send me and email telling me the property wasn’t available anymore, took my $95. I tried calling to get a refund since they didn’t run my applicatio... read more
Easy to work with. Prompt in their responses. On top of maintenance. If you have any issue, call them and they will assist. Pleasant team.
This company does not respond in a timely manner, nor is the site they have tenant friendly. They want to change an additional $30.00 per month for a service no one will use. Companies like this make money off people who do not know the industry and their rights. Would not recommend them to my clients for property management.
There’s a lot of moving parts when it comes to property management, especially for those just getting into it, which is why I’m thankful to be working with the team at PMI Patron.
