Poor property management company.
After my first time speaking with kevin wong, it’s clear he has a very inflated sense of self. I feel extremely bad for anyone who has worked with or is considering working with him. His lack of empathy for people and rather focus on money over people is disheartening. Unfortunately, this makes for a very unpleasant experience. Good luck to anyone doing work with him. We have decided to not get a home with him due to his unpleasantness.

Kevin Wong represented the Landlord in a home that we rented. We believe he acted in an unethical manner during such representation. Right before the lease termination, he led us to believe that we had an agreement to extend the term of the Lease and decided to pull the offer at the last minute. if you plan to rent an apartment and its runned by this company stay away, ignorant property managers who don't really care and do bare minimum for the property, make maintenence workers do security job a total mess.
