You would think if you're paying over $700 monthly in HOA fees, you would have a couple of gate remotes and key fobs that actually work. And maybe be able to park your car in all the free spaces, besides your garage sometimes. But nope, not when it comes to this greedy unresponsive company. They make you want to move, if you have the resources. Ridiculous!
Poor property management company.
After my first time speaking with kevin wong, it’s clear he has a very inflated sense of self. I feel extremely bad for anyone who has worked with or is considering working with him. His lack of empathy for people and rather focus on money over people is disheartening. Unfortunately, this makes for a very unpleasant experience. Good luck to anyone doing work with him. We have decided to not get a home with him due to his unpleasantness.

Kevin Wong represented the Landlord in a home that we rented. We believe he acted in an unethical manner during such representation. Right before the lease termination, he led us to believe that we had an agreement to extend the term of the Lease and decided to pull the offer at the last minute.
