I would rate this company zero stars if I could. It seems to take advantage of individuals in the Black community. I applied for a house and paid a $100 application fee—$50 for myself and $50 for my spouse. Before submitting the application, I contacted the management company to clarify the qualifications, as this information was not available on their website. I been with PMI for long time and they are one of the best property management companies in Wisconsin. Monica is very kind and very helpful and treats everyone nice best property manager I ever had. PMI Is like family to me and I highly recommend they always respond for me and my children they are a blessing to me.
PMI just recently bought the property I live in from a family owned company called Trau Realty Ventures LLC. Every since they purchased the building I live in everything has went downhill. The communication here is horrible. You literally have to keep calling to get your work orders done. Monica is terrible she doesn't know what she's doing. This has to be the worst property management company ever. As soon as you sign your lease communication becomes terrible. They charge you for everything possible adding fees just to pay your invoices on line, then say even if you pay in person you’re still getting charged.
