This management company feels more like a cash grab operation than a professional service. They’re quick to send out notices and demands based on one sided accusations, but slow to communicate or work with residents in a fair and transparent way. There’s no real effort to build community or handle things reasonably—it’s all about policies, penalties, and paperwork. If you’re thinking about living in a property managed by them, be prepared to feel like a revenue stream, not a resident.
Mike's managers do not answer the calls or respond back to our requests on time
I would rate this company zero stars if I could. It seems to take advantage of individuals in the Black community. I applied for a house and paid a $100 application fee—$50 for myself and $50 for my spouse. Before submitting the application, I contacted the management company to clarify the qualifications, as this information was not available on their website.
