Our condo association has been with Mike & Mike's Management since October 2024. We are happy with them so far. They have been able to handle all of our repair requests. We are also happy with our property manager, Paige. She has been great to work with. She always responds to our calls/emails. She has been quick to respond to any emergencies that have come up. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Paige and Mike & Mike's Management.
On August5, 2025 during gutter cleaning on property 8235 S88th street Franklin,in front and back ov the home they leave all debrs from thi gutter.It is unprofesional and disrespectful to homeowners.M3 Mike&Mike's menagement is responsible for ensuring that contractors treat resident's property with care
Working with Paige at Mike and Mike’s Management has been a great experience as a board member for our condo association. Paige is very knowledgeable and has great follow through. I am glad she is on our team!! I am looking forward to continue our relationship as a board member but also as an owner.
We love Mike & Mikes Management. As president of our association they have been very helpful finding us fair and great vendors that save us a lot of money. Issues are handled in a timely manner. Always available for emergencies. The hardest issue for NEW condominium owners are following The bylaws and rules and regulation. But Mike & Mikes managers follows the Directions of the board to a T.
