Terrible experience with PMI under Bridgette Thomas. Zero proactive communication, misleading updates about inquiries, and poor marketing (our property was listed with iPhone-quality photos until we demanded better and they pushed back). When we asked for more consistent updates, Bridgette terminated our contract instead of fixing the problem. Nathan Beach never returned our call when we escalated.
