Just moved out of one their managed properties after 3 years. Could not have asked for a better property management team. Maintenance requests are followed up on and addressed quickly. Billing is a breeze. I never had an issue that I couldn't get an answer on. I used their preferred cleaning services on move out and it was simple. I received the full deposit back at the end. Highly recommend working with them as a tenant or even a property owner.
